SODO 24-Hour Fitness Center

Interior finishes of a 2-story 50,000 square foot fitness center. Scope of work included Mer-Krete waterproofing, ceramic tile, Interface carpet tile, Lonseal specialty flooring and acoustical wall carpet.

Orlando Health Pediatric Outpatient Center

Owner: Orlando Regional Health Services General Contractor: RC Stevens Construction Company

Alterations for approximately 39,000 square feet of interior finishes, including Interface carpet tiles, Tandus Crossley broadloom carpet, Forbo and Mannington seamless sheet vinyl and Armstrong VCT.

Lago at Baldwin Park

Owner: Acireale Orlando, Inc. General Contractor: The Gainsborough Group, Inc.

7,500 square foot restaurant in Baldwin Park with illustrative interior finishes such as wood pattern porcelain floor tile, Royal Mosa 24”x24” Brazilian Anthracite floor tiles with twelve LED 24x24 lighted tiles sporadically installed. A split brick 4x8 old Chicago rough cut floor tile, Atlas broadloom carpet and Atmospheres-Liquid Aurea blend wall tile with Duno’s weavewall wall tile band all crowning a 6x12 Petronova porcelain wall tile.

Umatilla Health Clinic

Owner: Lake County Florida-Facilities Development and Management General Contractor: R.D. Michaels, Inc.

Renovation of an existing 4,654 SF building and an addition of approximately 11,042 SF new structure, interior finishes were typical of a medical office including Interface carpet tiles, Crossville porcelain tile and Armstrong VCT. The project involved many new building requirements as established by the U.S. Green Building Council, which were closely monitored and enforced.

Lakeside Behavioral Outpatient Renovation

Owner: Lakeside Behavioral Healthcare General Contractor: RC Stevens Construction Company

The interior demolition and alterations of approximately 23,000 SF existing medical facility. The work is subject to AHCA inspections. The interior finishes include Forbo Marmoleum sheet linoleum and Mohawk broadloom carpet.

West Altamonte Administration & Operations Facility

Owner: City of Altamonte Springs General Contractor: R.D. Michaels, Inc.

Consisted of the construction of a two-story office building and an expansion to an existing metal building consisting of office and warehouse space. Interior finishes included Mohawk broadloom carpet and Crossville porcelain tile.
